Vyhne
Vyhne the Slovak village in the district Žiar nad Hronom. Avoids located in the southern part of the Štiavnica Hills in the valley Vyhnianska Middle Hron.Avoiding known primarily for its mining history and the oldest brewery in the Slovak Republic (brewery Steiger). The village is also mentioned in connection with its spa history.
A special chapter in the geography of the village refrain natural attractions. Directly above the village rises Hill Road (495 meters) at the foot of which is a unique natural phenomenon - a national nature reserve Stone Sea in the furnace - the largest one stone sea in a volcanic part of the Carpathians and one of the oldest protected areas in the Slovak Republic, valuable mainly for its geological value. Another extremely valuable formation is a natural monument Vyhnianska travertine - travertine pile forming a waterfall with a height of 3.5 meters with water leaking from the former gallery.
